In Embassy Otherworld you work at the Embassy, set in a world between worlds, where hundreds of doors lead to hundreds of worlds. Normally you're just a cubicle drone, but thanks to a useless coworker you end up on field assignment.
Now it's your job to find out what lies beyond a brand new door, your discoveries will determine whether this door is sealed forever or whether it will lead to a brand new Embassy location.
More importantly, who is the strange masked figure in the woods?

Just itch unfortunately since steam requires you to pay $100 to list there and in full transparency, this game has not even made half that plus I'm from a place with a very weak currency so it's not feasable for me

I really liked this, especially the character designs! Just wanted to mention though that you should probably add some alternate/dyslexia friendly fonts for the text since the main font is a bit difficult to read (I had a bit of a hard time with it) But yeah looking forward to the full game!
Heya, is the font you're talking about the new one or the one in the screenshots. I just recently changed the font so I'm not sure which font you're refering to

Ah then the new one should hopefully be better, It's much more legible and as a bonus it let's translators use different language characters

Ok, so y'all weren't kidding when you said this was a demo! I'm absolutely hooked, though, despite how little there is! Coming from someone learning game dev rn, so take this as you will, but I'm absolutely enamoured with the level of work that went into this. The characters and backgrounds are so pretty (that's kinda obvious, considering the screenshots). I love the atmosphere- I was so immersed in the story and the world that when I made it to the end of the demo, I audibly went "aww 😔". I love that when you create your character, you get to see yourself later in the story, in a more dynamic pose than just "🧍". That honestly makes character creation feel even more rewarding. Also, not to spoil anything, hopefully, but the corporate-speak was... well, I certainly did *not* feel like a team player after that.
So happy whenever someone picks up on my not so subtle digs at bureaucracy. Thank you so much for playing the demo ^-^

I found this game today and, after testing different ways, I have to say: IT'S F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C!!!!
The story is interesting, the characters are incredible, the cgs are beautiful, the atmosphere is engaging... Everything is very well done and leaves you wanting more!
And as a bonus, I really like it when you really have "choices" in games (that is, that influence them) and it was really cool to realize that depending on the path I took different things would happen!
Anyway, I just have to thank you for creating this gem that has definitely entered my favorite vns! I will continue to follow eagerly! I wish you all the best and, again, I really, love your game <3
